The Wits Division of Biomedical Informatics comprises of a multifaceted team of doctors, scientists, developers and researchers dedicated to improving health care through technology and research. The team has development electronic health care systems, (ED and DataDoc) for the Wits affiliated hospitals, Charlotte Maxeke Academic Hospital, Helen Joseph Hospital and Chris Hani Baragwanath Academic Hospital.
